To be on track to win maximum points you will take before and after pictures and post weekly measurements. At the end of the challenge you should write a short account of your challenge experience - what inspired you to take the challenge, what did you learn, what progress have you made?
Then you will gain points daily by taking positive, productive action steps including tracking your healthy meals, your water intake, hours of sleep and your all important exercise sessions.
